While it might seem like the well-dressed bosses in suits are moving around randomly on the pit floor, that couldn’t be further. What appears to be a random hand gesture is most likely a carefully calculated signal to the dealers and croupiers. Perhaps a simple tap on the shoulder or carefully crossing their hands can signal security or the dealers to act per the secret instructions.
